Pulled Pork Tortilla Soup

  • 2 cups pulled pork

  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes (28 oz. can)

  • 1 jar 16 oz. jar salsa verde

  • 1 onion diced

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • ½ tsp chipotle chili powder

  • (Instead of all of the seasonings, substitute a packet of McCormick Chipotle Taco Seasoning)

  • TOPPINGS

  • Sour Cream

  • Shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella

  • Tortilla Strips or Crumbled Tortilla Chips

  • DIRECTIONS

  • Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 90 minutes or until hot.

  • Serve in bowls with toppings added to individual likings.
