Pulled Pork Tortilla Soup
2 cups pulled pork
1 can petite diced tomatoes (28 oz. can)
1 jar 16 oz. jar salsa verde
1 onion diced
1 cup frozen corn
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp paprika
½ tsp chipotle chili powder
(Instead of all of the seasonings, substitute a packet of McCormick Chipotle Taco Seasoning)
TOPPINGS
Sour Cream
Shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella
Tortilla Strips or Crumbled Tortilla Chips
DIRECTIONS
Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 90 minutes or until hot.
Serve in bowls with toppings added to individual likings.
