PULLED PORK DIP

  • 2 cups pulled pork

  • 8 oz cream cheese - room temperature

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 jalapeno minced

    1)Preheat oven to 350°

    2)Combine all ingredients besides Mozz and Jalapenos

    3)Transfer to 10” cast iron or 9x9 baking dish. Top with Mozz and Jalapenos

    4)Bake 25-30 minutes

    5)We like to broil at the end to get a nice toasted cheese on top (about 2 minutes)
