PULLED PORK NACHOS

  • 12 ounces favorite shredded cheese

  • 2 Cups Pulled Pork (More, never less, to your taste)

  • 1 Cup Sliced Pickled Jalapenos

  • 1 Cup Sauteed/Carmalized Red Onions

  • 12 Ounce Bag of Tortilla Chips

  • 3/4 Cup Sour Cream

    1) Preheat Oven to 400°

    2) Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

    3) Spread out 1/2 of Chips, Cheese, Pulled Pork, Jalapenos, Red Onions

    4) Top with the second half of Chips, Pulled Pork, Jalapenos, Red Onions, Cheese

    5) Bake until cheese is fully melted 7-10 minutes

    6) Add Cream Cheese to the top of the Masterpiece and Enjoy.
